To provide you with a quote, we will need to know the basic details of your event - Date, Time and Location of your event, as well as the type of ensemble you are looking for. Please keep in mind that we do not travel approximately more than one hour each way from Cleveland, and that there may be an additional travel charge if the event is more than 15 miles away from Cleveland Heights.
A couple of items to keep in mind:
We are able to play outdoors as well as indoors!
The only requirement we ask is to be provided with shade and shelter from direct sunlight, precipitation and cold weather. Our instruments are extremely valuable and cannot be subjected to these circumstances. Direct sunlight and precipitation will ruin the instrument's varnish, and extreme temperatures can crack the wood. As you can imagine, we are very strict on this matter, and appreciate your understanding!
We can accomodate special requests for music selections!
Whether you are looking for a specific style/atmosphere, or you have a special piece you would like to hear, we are happy to work with you to make sure your event is just as you envision it! We are constantly adding to our repertoire, so if there is something you'd like that is not on our list, we will do our best to acquire the piece. Please let us know in advance of any special requests - certain requests may involve additional charges, and some music may need additional time to acquire and/or arrange, as well as learn!
