Hannah Frey, violin
Hannah is one of the founding members of Mayfield String Quartet.
She began playing the violin at the age of five. Originally from South
Carolina, Hannah received her Bachelor's and Master's of Music
degrees from the Cleveland Institute of Music. She is a former
member of the Charlotte Symphony and currently performs as a
member of the ProMusica Chamber Orchestra, Canton Symphony,
Akron Symphony. She occasional plays with the Columbus Symphony
and the Cleveland Pops Orchestra. Hannah is a teacher at the
Fairmount School of Music in Cleveland Heights and also has many
private students. Hannah enjoys reading and hanging out with her
cat Oistrakh.

Jiah Chung, violin
Jiah holds both Bachelor and Master of Music degrees from The
Cleveland Institute of Music. A native of Seoul, Korea, she began
playing the violin at age 5, then moved to Iowa City, Iowa. Jiah has
performed as a soloist with the Sioux City Orchestra,
Waterloo/Cedar Falls Symphony, Des Moines Symphony Orchestra,
World Youth Symphony Orchestra, and the National Repertory
Orchestra. Now a resident of Cleveland Heights, Jiah performs
regularly with the Cleveland Opera Orchestra, the Cleveland Pops
Orchestra and CityMusic Cleveland. She is also a dedicated
teacher at CIM Preparatory Department, where she was appointed
to the faculty in 2003. In her free time Jiah enjoys cooking,
shopping, and spending time with her dog, Eddie.

Chris Tantillo, viola
Originally from Long Island, Chris began playing the violin at the age
of seven, but switched to viola during his time attending the
Interlochen Arts Academy for high school. Chris received his
Bachelor's degree from the Cleveland Institute of Music in 2002
and is currently pursuing his Master's degree there.
He spent a year playing with the St. Louis Symphony, a year with the
New World Symphony in Miami Beach, Florida and currently
substitutes with variety of groups. He has also regularly performed
with the Akron Symphony, the Canton Symphony and the Cleveland
Pops Orchestra. When not playing music, Chris enjoys golfing and
playing video games.

Tara Klein, cello
Tara began playing cello at the age of 9 while growing up in East Lansing,
MI. She received her Bachelor of Music degree from the University of
Michigan, Master of Music degree from the University of Miami, and
just recently completed the Professional Studies program at the
Cleveland Institute of Music. Tara performs regularly with the Akron
Symphony and teaches cello at the Avon Lake School of Music. While
classically trained, Tara's interests encompass many style of music,
including folk, celtic, bluegrass, pop, and rock. Tara lives with her
husband in Cleveland Heights and enjoys spending time with their cata
and dog, as well as cooking and gardening in the warmer months. For

Stephen Chapdelaine, trumpet
Trumpeter Stephen Chapdelaine is an active freelancer in the
Cleveland area, playing with such groups as the Cleveland Orchestra,
CityMusic Cleveland, Cleveland Pops, the Blossom Festival Band and
Orchestra, and the Playhouse Square Ballet Orchestra, as well as
with the Buffalo Philharmonic. Stephen earned his Bachelors degree
from Boston University and Masters degree from the Cleveland
Institute of Music. After graduating from CIM, he received a
principal trumpet post in the Orquesta Juvenil de Veracruz in Xalapa,
Mexico, where he played for a short time before moving to New York
City. While in New York, he gained experience playing in the Broadway
production of La Boheme, with the American Symphony Orchestra, and
with Speculum Musicae. Stephen now enjoys life as both a musician
and as a cook at a prominent Cleveland restaurant.
